A group of fifth graders at Calvary Elementary recently got a look at the types of hands-on projects they may be involved in as middle schoolers when they were part of a video chat with STEM students at Marion County Middle School.
CES Media Specialist Stephanie Keeling and MCMS STEM Teacher Chad Hardin set up the video chat where middle school students showed off some of their 3-D printing projects. The two groups connected using the interactive panel and camera systems the district received as part of a large telecommunications grant. Each school in the district received at least one of these systems.
