The Marion County Public Schools Board of Education amended the 2024-2025 school calendar at its most recent monthly meeting. The last day of school for students is now Friday, May 23. The board also set the graduation date for Marion County High School for Saturday, May 24 at 11:00 a.m. at the high school's football field.
