Friday, October 2 will be an NTI day for Marion County Public Schools. This means all students will work independently from home.
Those enrolled in Distance-Learning will not have their typical live video sessions; however, teachers will be available by email if you have any questions.
The reason for this decision is due to confusion surrounding the school calendar. The original 2020-2021 MCPS school calendar included October 2 as a part of the district's Fall Break; the revised calendar did not, although this change may not have been clear to all families. By making October 2 an NTI day, we feel we can best accommodate our families.
