Calvary Families- make sure you are aware of this about excused absences when positive for COVID! Letters will be sent home with the same information.

If you see a health care provider, and test positive for COVID, submit a Dr. statement for the days quarantined and those absences will be excused. The school is not prescribing a set number of quarantine days. If you take a home test, and test positive for COVID, guardians may write parent notes (limit of 5 parent notes per school year) for absent days OR see a health care provider to get a Dr. statement for excused days. If families would like to be test by Healthy Kids, they can call to make an appointment for testing.

Remember one parent note excuses one day of school. If you write a note for three days, you have used three parent notes.
